Job Responsibilities:

• Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
• Prepare large volume formulations accurately and efficiently, following strict protocols and procedures
• Operate and maintain equipment and instruments used in the formulation process
• Perform quality control checks to ensure flawless formulations
• Collaborate with team members to determine production priorities and timelines
• Document all formulation activities and maintain accurate records
• Assist in inventory management and stock control
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Clean and maintain work area to meet quality standards
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ambitious and driven to succeed
