IDR is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join one of our top clients in Brentwood, TN. This is going to be a short 1-2 MONTH contract role Monday-Friday. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Front Desk Receptionist:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a visitor log, issue visitor badges, and ensure visitors are properly directed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, conference rooms, and other resources.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents as needed.
Required Skills for Front Desk Receptionist:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
