Role & Responsibility

Marketing
- Build product knowledge and credibility with Product Management teams and Product Marketing Managers to get very targeted on what our customers want, and how to translate our advantages into language that our customers understand
- Become knowledgeable on various types of customers that we are looking to sell to or specific machines that we are bringing to market, and be able to shift focus from time-to-time depending on the needs of the Product Marketing Manager and ultimately company strategy
- Identify where there could be risks in a specific plan, a timeline, or with a specific group, and be proactive in highlighting that risk and potentially help managing it
Product Training
- Conduct hands-on training at indoor and outdoor field events including, regional product meetings (RPMs), dealer webinars, and other training events
- Implement delivery method of training content through the proper internal and external channels
- Implement content development that increases sales specialist product knowledge in alignment with company goals
- Provide timely and accurate answers to product questions and needs
Sales Operations
- Provide regular sales policy and process guidance and training to Sales team
- Lead or support implementation of Oracle, OSS, Bobquote/CPQ, Salesforce (sales process) and other company initiatives as required
- Provide customer or dealer support to include: order tracking, change order requests, customer price quotations, credit and re-bill of dealer machines to customers, notification of order correspondence, payment of commissions, customer delivery tracking for all factory orders, payment of servicing fee for all delivered factory orders, researching and application of credits and debits
- Act as information owner for Inside Sales-related data sets. Responsible for data maintenance and accuracy. Troubleshoot issues and see through to resolution
Aftermarket Coordination
- Review Engineering Change Notices (ECN's), or assign review responsibilities to other internal or external resources, to identify changes requiring revisions to existing Doosan Bobcat manuals or creation of new manuals or other aftermarket technical documentation
- Identify requirements for photos, illustrations, or other visual representations of equipment or components necessary to support creation or revision of manuals and other aftermarket technical documentation. Coordinate creation of this content with internal or external resources
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that the accuracy of all manuals is maintained, and issues or discrepancies are resolved
Accounting
- Complete monthly and quarterly closing process, including variance analysis and footnote preparation
- Prepare monthly journal entries for monthly accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury activities
- Accurately reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts and work with appropriate teams to timely resolve any reconciling items
- Submit and reconcile monthly trial balance information for North America business units as assigned
- Manage lease accounting and reporting as related to IFRS 16 standard
Job Requirement
- Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Experience Preferred: 2 years relevant finance, accounting, marketing, sales and/or business strategy experience (related industry preferred, but not required.)
- Travel Required: < 10%
- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- A desire and proven ability to learn
- Multi-tasker with keen eye for detail, and an ability to drive deadlines
- Experience with compact equipment, or an excitement and a passion to learn
