Performs a variety of creative tasks to support the marketing team and their strategic partners in delivering competitive and compelling messages. Handles special projects collaboratively as directed and coordinates reviews and approvals with the individuals essential to the assignment.

Essential Job Responsibilities__________________________________

1. Performs a variety of creative tasks to support the marketing team and their strategic partners in delivering competitive, of which the following are illustrative:

a. Conceptualizes visuals based on requirements and organizational needs.

b. Uses the organization's graphic, brand and style guides to create images and layouts using design software for traditional and digital media

c. Reviews the status of projects and activities with assigned marketing teammates or partners; maintains a work log in order to follow up and assure timely completion.

d. Handles special creative projects collaboratively as directed and coordinates reviews and approvals with the individuals essential to the assignment

e. Collaborates with teammates to ensure individual and company goals are met.

2. Supports the organization's commitment to ongoing quality service enhancement by participating in multi-disciplined guidance and project teams, as appropriate.

Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications___________________________

1. High School diploma or equivalent, with an emphasis in business, graphic design or related curriculum. A minimum of six (6) months related work experience required.

2. Proficient in various design software, including but not limited to Photoshop, Indesign, Canva, and Illustrator.

3. Proficient reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient analytical and mathematical skills; proficient communicative and interpersonal relations skills.

4. Ability to comply with established budgets and operate within budgetary constraints.

5. May be eligible for Telecommuting.
