Our client is seeking a dedicated HCM Consultant to join their team. This remote role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Workday Talent Management and Recruiting.
As an HCM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in configuring, implementing, and optimizing Workday solutions to support our client's talent management and recruiting functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective use of Workday's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday Talent and Recruiting modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design solutions that enhance talent management processes.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices, system functionality, and industry trends.
- Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Workday features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with Workday support and internal IT teams.
- Manage and execute system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and system configurations.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports to track key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday Talent module.
- Proven expertise in Workday configuration, implementation, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, talent management, and recruiting best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Workday certification (e.g., Workday HCM, Recruiting) is highly preferred.
