Your Role:

As the Head of Global Product Management, you will oversee a dynamic team of product managers and be responsible for the operational health and strategic direction of our equipment & services portfolio within Delivery Systems and Services (DS&S). Your role will focus on delivering value to our global customer base by driving the direction of our long-term vision while also ensuring the health and readiness of our existing product offerings.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will lead a globally distributed team of strategic & operational product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
  • You will develop and execute strategic roadmaps based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to enhance product differentiation
  • You will identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
  • You must collaborate closely with Sales and other customer-facing functions to expand market share and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • You must facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance product offerings and address customer needs effectively.
  • You will conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform product development and positioning strategies
  • You will define and implement business continuity strategies, including pricing and materials forecasting, to ensure supply chain readiness.
  • You must build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support sales activities and enhance customer satisfaction.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering or technical discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in product management and/or commercial roles, preferably in the semiconductor industry
Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional commercial education (e.g., MBA)
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating global teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on strategic prioritization and execution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both management and operational teams
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and adaptable, with a collaborative mindset to drive change and innovation

There is a strong preference to have this position located in Chandler, Arizona.

This position will require travel to various manufacturing sites and customer locations globally. The candidate must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple priorities.
