As a key member of the Health Customer Delivery Program Office, the Health Implementation Project Associate Manager will support the end-to-end implementation and post go live phases of the customer life cycle. You'll work with customer stakeholders at different levels to establish project and process requirements that drive successful and timely delivery of implementations and expansions, and you'll coordinate with colleagues across several internal teams such as clinical implementation, product, supply chain, to ensure all workstreams are aligned in support of the customer's launch. This role requires a keen understanding of effective project delivery and experience in supporting projects in the healthcare industry.
This position will be remote first, with an opportunity to report in-person if located in the Boston metro area; possibility for travel for in-person meetings, events and training.
What you'll do
● Support a portfolio of large health system customers assisting with implementation projects ranging from low to medium complexity, ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized
● Communicate any changes to project plan to various internal and external stakeholders
● Build and maintain high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction and buy-in during implementation by over-communicating and collecting feedback.
● Assist with initiatives to scale and ensure operational consistency across the customer base.
● Maintain customer facing project plans and implementation assets to optimize the Current Health product onboarding process.
Basic qualifications
● 3 years of project/program management experience in a customer-facing role
● 3 years of general business experience
● Proficient facilitation skills
● Proficient technical skills (e.g., Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, Smartsheet or other PM software)
● Proficient project/program management skills: manage dependencies, anticipate risks, raise and resolve issues in a timely manner, track and communicate project status, plans, issues, timelines
Preferred qualifications
● PMP or similar certification
● 2+ Years Experience Working with Senior Leaders
● 2+ Years Experience Managing Large Functional Initiatives
● 1+ years' experience with project management software like Smartsheet, Workfront, Wrike, Jira etc.
● Health System experience is highly desired, although relevant work experience in the healthcare industry alone, may be sufficient.
● Limited experience with change management methodology using impact and stakeholder analyses
● Familiarity of different RASCI and decision-making models with teams
● Communication plan development and execution
● Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably with a medical device, health IT, or remote patient monitoring company.
● Able to build and maintain high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction and buy-in during implementation by over-communicating and collecting feedback.
