Physical Requirements:Able to lift, push or pull objects up to 25 pounds, able to climb stairs, endure extreme temperatures on occasion, sit for extended period of time, able to walk for extended periods of time
Shift:Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM -5:00 PM (40 hours/week); May need to work additional hours and varying shifts to meet departmental needs.
Job Summary:UK Auxiliary Services Housing team is seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to join as an Assistant Housing Director This pivotal role primarily involves coordinating UK Big Blue Move-In and Move-Out, managing university-owned housing facilities, handling crisis communication within the UK housing community and providing comprehensive support to the Director of Housing. The ideal candidate should possess excellent time management skills, exceptional written and oral communication abilities, and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities efficiently.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:2-3 years housing related experience.
