They are looking for an HR Analyst to join their team in their new production facility in Danville, Virginia.

Your new role

Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager and People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for 2 facility entities covering 220 local and international employees (bi-weekly and monthly), as well as the point of contact for employees at all levels for benefits. The second part of the role will involve harnessing data to guide decisions about staffing and production costs, thereby optimizing resource allocation and boosting efficiency. You will be integral to the budgeting process, forecasting expenses related to changes in headcount, compensation adjustments,

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or Business.
• 6-8 years of end-to-end payroll experience (US and expatriate payroll beneficial)
• 5+ years' experience of preparing HR reports and staff data related to salary costs, time management, absences, and statistics.
• Experience with HRIS/ payroll systems (hourly and salary employees - with complex/diverse schedules), preferably Paylocity.
• Strong experience managing benefit administration, enrollments, and vendor negotiations/management.
• Experience working within a global services team.
• Experience working for a start-up or small organization (preferably within a manufacturing plant, or similar environment)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient with Excel and reporting software
