Responsible for:

  • Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to identify key business challenges and opportunities where analytics can add value.
  • Design and develop HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to track and measure various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance, retention, and diversity.
  • Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data, such as turnover rates, employee engagement scores, and training effectiveness.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify root causes of HR-related issues and propose data-driven solutions to address them.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in HR analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Skills knowledge, and abilities required:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related areas.
  • Proven experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques, such as R, Python, or SPSS.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, data visualization tools, and HR analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Workday).
  • Data quality/audit, such as: monthly reports to the countries related to the level of data quality by country, based on HRM system data.
  • Support budget process in collaboration with Finance Team and Head Office
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Skills knowledge, and abilities preferred:
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of local state and federal laws preferred
