HR Generalist (Confidential Client - Essential Equipment Industry)
Location: Portland, OR. / Vancouver, WA.

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join a client in the essential equipment industry, known for supplying sewer cleaners, vacuum excavators, and sweeping equipment across the Western United States. This role will support HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee relations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Manage HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
- Lead HR initiatives to promote a positive company culture and enhance workforce engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, ideally within equipment, construction, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
