Frederick MD- IN OFFICE

8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist with experience in. This role involves managing essential HR functions throughout each employee's career - from onboarding to offboarding - while fostering a positive company culture. Success in this role will require a blend of relationship-building skills, adaptability, and a commitment to supporting our team's growth. Sensitivity and a thoughtful approach will be essential for fostering gradual change that encourages buy-in from longstanding employees. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in the food manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Self-starter who needs minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Maryland labor laws, HR systems, and Microsoft Office.
