Job Description

• Knowledge of development, project management and support processes to be used in the rollout of the PMO transformation program
• Extensive knowledge on the selected Demand Planning/PMO Tool (currently Wrike)
• Consulting, scoping, creating and rolling out templates, blueprints, methodologies and governance standards for PMO
• Training and coaching Project Managers and Project Specialists
• Consulting, Scoping, Supporting, setting up SLAs and managing Internal Programs
• Serving as a liaison between Clients, Operations, Project Teams, Infrastructure Teams, Analyst Teams and Development Teams
• Managing Solutions to ensure timeous completions of projects across multiple programs
• Ensuring goals are met, including customer satisfaction and quality
• Designing and implementing IT solutions that support organizational goals at a program level
• Responsible for providing accurate and timeous reporting of the program health throughout the program life cycle, with clear visibility of ROI
• Work with the project teams to identify and resolve issues around project related items that potentially jeopardize any of the project dates within the programs
• Conduct and document project team meetings to ensure the teams are focus and on track with activities and schedules
• Maintain effective communication
• Apply change, risk and resource management across the programs

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• IT experience in the supply chain industry is required
• Five years experience in an IT Project Management environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Project Management qualification advantageous
• Advanced organizational and communication skills
• Proven stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing a team

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Self-Management -We're a global company with leadership in different offices. The candidate must be able to run with programs without the need for micromanagement.
• Functional - Proven experience as a Project Manager within a managerial position. Thorough understanding of the Project Management domain, techniques, methodologies and change management practices.
• Logic - Ability to solve problems and communicate clearly to avoid ambiguity across multiple teams and cultures. Analytical thinking, gathering and interpreting requirements and working through processes is advantageous.

Language -The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English is required.
