Junior Level IT QA Test Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Junior IT QA Analyst to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will assist in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications through thorough testing and documentation. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, TestRail) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
