Volt is immediately hiring a Jr. Fleet Marketing Administrator for an immediate opening in Fountain Valley, Ca.
As a Jr. Fleet Marketing Administrator you will:
- Assist in managing department and event vehicles including but not limited to:
- Developing, tracking, and reporting vehicle lists across multiple event schedules and stakeholders
- Managing internal and external relationships to facilitate procurement and delivery of vehicles in a timely manner to various events
- Responsible for accuracy and communications of all vehicle records and lists to ensure compliance with all company and event vehicle policies
- Responsible for scheduling and managing maintenance/condition/location of all vehicles
- Assist in vehicle ordering
- Serve as liaison between segment and various internal and external groups for planning and execution (i.e. vehicle admin, legal, risk management, car prep, drive shop, glovis, etc.)
- Support Retail Operations as needed
- Act as support for managers in leading vehicle logistics, planning, maintenance, etc. for various segments i.e. Auto Shows, Exhibits, Training, Special Events, Experiential & Motorsports Activations, Multicultural initiatives (Productions, shoots, influencer loans, branded content, asset generation, etc.)
- Serve as support for various ad hoc responsibilities within segment as assigned
- Maintain department calendar to track projects/events
This position is a full time long term temp (12 months), possible temp to hire role. It is working onsite, 3 days per week and 2 days from home.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel), shared Google apps, SAP
- Personable, self-starter, ability to work well within a team
- Clean driving record in case you need to drive some of the marketing vehicles
- Completed Bachelors degree preferred
Pay Rate: $28/hr
