RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is working with a client in search of a Lead Analyst, Journey Performance & Optimization to join their team. This position is full time, direct hire and fully remote. In order to qualify for this role, you must have experience specifically with Adobe Experience Platform and CJA (Customer Journey Analytics within Adobe).Overview:We are seeking a passionate, innovative Lead Analyst for our Marketing Optimization team with a strong background in marketing performance measurement, attribution and optimization. The Marketing Optimization team optimizes the overall fan journey marketing strategy, planning, measurement, and channel activation efforts via one to one, paid media and other outbound marketing channels to support the strategic priorities and business objectives of the organization. We leverage enterprise transactional and fan profile data, research and insights, and real-time fan behaviors with marketing channels to identify market trends, grow audience opportunities, and optimize media mixes, platforms, and channels. These efforts span fan acquisition and engagement and will dive deep into key initiatives that transcend audiences, platforms, media channels and geographies to drive results. This role will work across the organization within Marketing and with key partners such as Data and Analytics, Digital Media, and external agencies/vendors.Responsibilities:
  • Customer journey analysis in Adobe CJA for key product and brand marketing initiatives
  • Perform all UAT and set up requirements in CJA; Work with cross-functioning teams to successfully pre-empt and resolve issues
  • Provide recommendations to optimize journeys based on segment selection, choice of channel, content shared, etc.
  • Develop reporting in CJA and work with D&A to enable journey specific and channel level (segment selection, content management, personalization) insights dissemination


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of similar or relevant work experience primarily focused on Adobe products - preferably Customer Journey Analytics; Relevant expertise within Adobe Analytics and other similar CDP platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, Twilio, or BlueConic will be considered
  • Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape and experience with relevant digital marketing technologies (personalization, data platform, analytics, orchestration)
  • Passionate about digital strategy, digital transformation, and marketing automation
  • Ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and execute to improve performance
  • Power user of the Adobe Experience Platform, including Real-Time Consumer Data Platform (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and/or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
Other Key Attributes:
  • Technology: You should have a strong understanding of technology applications and be familiar with IT systems; You will be working closely with Data and Analytics, IT and MarTech to establish best-in-class capabilities to measure and drive long-term customer engagement; Familiarity with leading by influence will be critical to success here
  • Data Analysis: You should be able to analyze large amounts of data and draw meaningful insights from it; You will be responsible for performing creative measurement through AEP and other marketing based analytical platforms


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
