Job Details:
This position has a starting base pay range from$24.55 to $33.35 per hour based on experience.
We are offering a $4K sign-on bonus for all new hires, increments... 3, 6, 9, and 12 months of employment.

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

- Must be willing and able to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of electromechanical equipment in a food processing environment.
- Must be willing and able to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and provide technical support for all phases of the operation.
- Must be willing and able to communicate as needed and understand technical and training manuals.
- Must be willing and able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb up/downstairs and ladders up to 20ft, and lift/push/ pull up to 75 pounds.
- Must be willing and able to work in temp that range for 20 degrees to 50 degrees.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation Requirements:The applicant must be able to understand technical and training manuals. Applicant must have strong communication skills. Must be willing to work a rotating schedule.
Must have a minimum of (6) months of continuous work experience in maintenance with a single employer or currently attending/graduated from an industrial maintenance training program in the last (3) years. Past experience, special training, and formal education is preferred but not required for this outlined position. Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 365 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.Relocation Assistance Eligible:No
