Description: Our Client Is Currently Seeking A Maintenance Supervisor For 3rd Shift. Candidates Must Have Experience Working In Industrial Background.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team during the 3rd shift.
  
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems.
  
• Ensure the proper functioning of equipment, with a focus on Allen Bradley and PLC systems.
  
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
  
• Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience working the 3rd shift is required.
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  
• Extensive experience in electrical and mechanical systems maintenance.
  
• Proficiency with Allen Bradley and PLC systems.
  
• Background in the CPG, Beverage, or Food industry is preferred.
  
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and maintenance tasks.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
