About the Team:
The Global Procurement MRO & Construction Materials team is focused on providing value and driving total cost of ownership across many different business units. We support enterprise-wide spare parts programs and the construction materials for new stores and remodels by executing the strategic sourcing strategy, owning supplier relationship management, and developing new ideas to support our EDLC mission.
About the Position:
As a Manager, Global Procurement - MRO & Construction Materials (Fencing/Woods, Masonry, Plastics, & Drywall/Acoustical), you will be responsible for delivering on value goals and building strong relationships with Realty, Supply Chain, and Sam's Club stakeholders. You will impact the vendor selection process and lead the sourcing of materials, while also negotiating contracts with new and existing suppliers.

Responsibilities include:
- Own the management and sourcing of assigned material group.
- Managing mid-level, non-strategic suppliers (price changes, monitoring On Time In Full, issue escalation, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to prepare RFx.
- Actively seek new opportunities to grow spend under management.
- Lead or assist in contract negotiations for new and existing suppliers.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
