Manage Supply Chain Processes: You'll ensure merchandise flows through the distribution network and fulfillment centers by directing resolution and responding to escalation of daily issues, analyzing data to streamline and improve network efficiencies, conducting performance reviews of the merchandising department, distribution centers, and suppliers, and providing recommendations for corrective action.

Optimize Supply Chain Execution: You'll determine and approve a flow path channel from supplier to store to best fit sales, in-stock, and profit metrics. This includes tracking the movement and arrival of goods across the supply chain, developing and presenting recommendations to address conflicting goals, identifying supply chain constraints, and developing and coordinating resolutions.

Influence Field-Level Direction: As a liaison for the field, you'll communicate operational expectations to suppliers, Distribution Centers and Fulfillment Centers, address performance-related issues, identify best practices, collaborate with business partners to improve efficiencies, and respond to site level inquiries.

Manage Process Improvement Efforts: You'll contribute to the design, development, and delivery of new ways of working between supply chain stakeholders. This includes championing innovation, managing the correction of errors processes and feedback loops, identifying opportunities to improve service levels, providing cost recommendations, and reviewing and analyzing the impact and benefits to internal processes.

Coordinate, Complete, and Oversee Job-Related Activities: You'll develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identify and communicate goals and objectives, build accountability for and measure progress in achieving results, identify and address improvement opportunities, and demonstrate adaptability and promote continuous learning.

- Have experience in a managerial role in supply chain management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Have strong analytical skills and can optimize supply chain processes and execution.
- Are skilled at influencing field-level direction and managing process improvement efforts.

- Are committed to promoting and supporting company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area. 2 years' experience with Microsoft Office.
