Volt is immediately hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Santa Maria, CA.

This is a critical role as the Manufacturing Engineer will work to enhance and develop our production process to improve quality and efficiency.

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will:

• Lead new product development in the assembly, design, and documentation to ensure efficient and quality results during assembly through production.
• Focus on creating production and test fixtures to support robust manufacturing needs.
• Develop work instructions, SOPs and improve workflow processes.

This is a full-time Direct Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, related to manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
• Experience with CNC machining or come from a machining environment
• Experience or training in Lean/Six Sigma

Salary: $70K - $80K per year>

*Salary range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
