Position Overview for the Marketing Coordinator & Admin:
Meeting Coordination and Documentation: Organize high-level meetings by taking detailed notes, managing agendas, and ensuring follow-up on action items. Provide thorough documentation to enhance team communication and project alignment.
Marketing Materials Creation and Curation: Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing meeting slides, ensuring content is visually engaging and accurately reflects team updates. Collaborate closely with the marketing coordinator to prepare the HITS Monthly Ad and other promotional materials.
Product Setup and Release Coordination: Collate and verify data to ensure product setup is completed on time. Manage the solicitation and organization of key dates for uDiscover priorities, and coordinate product release information for the New Release Book, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
Marketing Plan Design and Logistics Support: Create initial designs, templates, timelines, and decks for marketing plans, ensuring all materials are visually compelling and align with campaign goals. Handle logistical tasks such as UPS shipments and messenger service coordination to support timely delivery of marketing assets.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Canva, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Keynote for creating and managing marketing materials. Experience designing presentations, marketing decks, and reports is essential.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail is critical for ensuring data accuracy and seamless coordination.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with large teams, solicit key information, and ensure clear communication across departments. Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Entertainment, or a related field. Passion for the music and entertainment industry, with a demonstrated interest in marketing. Previous experience in a marketing support role is preferred.
