Marketing Coordinator

Our client is seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the Content Marketing and Personalization department, where you will be responsible for maintaining compliant content using internal and public content management systems (CMS). You will also provide project and program management support for new and evolving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold workflows and processes for the timely publication of compliant web-based content, including building and mapping content within the CMS.
- Create and manage schedules and timelines for digital campaigns, ensuring clear communication across multiple teams and business partners.
- Support the content team on one or more cross-functional agile teams, working closely with channel managers and multiple business partners within the company.
- Support publication and QA of content in the CMS for public websites in coordination with agile teams and other channel partners.
- Ensure alignment and communication around processes and deadlines as it relates to content publication and delivery of cross-functional digital campaigns.
- Help maintain team content inventories and dashboards.
- Provide program support through project tracking, cross-functional coordination, and other tasks as assigned.
- Ensure content is compliant with industry regulations, company policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or communications. Strong relationship and communication skills are essential for this role. This position reports to the Director, Digital Content Marketing. Please note that candidates must complete a background check and drug screen upon offer.
