Job Duties:

• Partner with Marketing Lead to ensure marketing efforts are maximized.
• Develop, maintain, and execute marketing plans, including timelines and budgets.
• Monitor, track, and analyze effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Identify, negotiate, and execute domestic and international marketing opportunities.
• Research new target audience segments and generate leads to expand program reach.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop material to achieve set goals.
• Ensure the accuracy of marketing materials, alignment with brand standards, and proper messaging for target audience.
• Manage multi-channel marketing communications to increase revenue growth.
• Lead kickoff and milestone meetings.
• Provide marketing updates to internal stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of omni channel marketing experience: print collateral, PPC/digital campaigns, e-mail marketing, social media and more.
• 3-5 years of experience in successful campaign execution.
• Experience using Microsoft and marketing applications, such as Monday.com. .
• Possess strong negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills, written, verbal and listening.
• Detail-oriented and organized; comfortable multi-tasking to produce high-quality work on tight deadlines.

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $55K-$65K - depending on years of experience
• Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
• Location: Onsite for training in Eden Prairie, MN and then open to discuss a few days in office per week - MUST live in Minnesota
• Type: permanent
