RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Specialist - Search in Katy, TX.Responsibilities:- Optimize on-site search functionalities using tools like Algolia, and analyze search data through Adobe Analytics
- Marketing Specialist will collaborate with merchandising, project management, and design teams to enhance customer experiences
- Continuously monitor and adjust recommendations based on user behavior and implement A/B testing to improve algorithms
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or related fields
- 2-5 years in digital marketing within an eCommerce environment, with a focus on analytics and search optimization
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience with eCommerce, digital marketing strategies, and tools like search optimization platforms (e.g., Algolia)
- Analytics and Data Interpretation: Ability to analyze search data and consumer behavior through tools like Adobe Analytics to identify trends and optimize user experiences
- Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking: Strong skills in resolving issues creatively and strategically improving processes
- A/B Testing & Continuous Improvement: Experience in testing algorithms and search functionalities to enhance performance and user engagement
- Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with merchandising, project management, and design teams while clearly communicating insights and suggestions
- Organization & Accountability: Efficient in managing multiple tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with search optimization tools like Algolia
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Curiosity about consumer behavior, with a willingness to learn and test new ideas
- Proficient in Excel and other basic Microsoft tools
- Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Effective communicator, capable of working with cross-functional teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
