Contract Position

$59.45-$74.08/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Train less experienced employees in group leadership and facilitation skills.
• Coordinate complex activities across multiple functions and outside organizations to maintain and improve operational efficiency in support of enterprise operations.
• Identify and mitigate the impact of changes on the production system.
• Lead teams to conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
• Analyze and interpret data.
• Provide feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
• Lead organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
• Work under consultative direction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Coaching and communication
• Aerospace industry experience
