Slalom is targeting a Sr. Consultant for this role.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Clients to capture Identity and Authentication needs in order to design and deliver high-quality Identity solutions
- Design and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Microsoft technologies.
- Develop and maintain identity architectures, ensuring they meet security and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on identity management best practices.
- Conduct identity assessments and develop strategies for identity lifecycle management.
- Demonstrate mastery of IAM business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
- Analyze complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
- Design and deploy Role-based Access Control programs and projects
- Workflow design and development
Who You Are
- Experience in Identity and Access Management, Security, and in segregation of duties.
- Working knowledge of role-based access control, attribute-based access control, workflow design, and IT general controls and identity lifecycle management
- Exposure to, or interest in Identity Management solutions in mainstream IDM products
- Understanding of Single Sign-On, Access management, Identity Federation, Multi-factor authentication, Risk / Context-based authentication, On-time provisioning / de-provisioning with IDM tools
- Working experience in workflow design and development, role-based access management, creating password policies.
- Experience deploying privileged access management components including credential vault and privileged session management
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Identity Architect or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft identity technologies, including Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and related tools.
- Experience with B2B and B2C identity management, SSO integrations, and Hybrid AD domain services.
- Familiarity with industry competitor solutions and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Senior Consultant level the base salary pay range is $110,000 to $203,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time
