Description:
Our client is looking for Part-Time Nurse Practitioner's to start in February 2025 in Various Counties of New Hampshire
Key Responsibilities:
In-Home Assessments
Patient Education
Diagnosis and Documentation
Collaboration
Flexible Scheduling and Benefits:
Independent Scheduling
Assessment Hours: Complete at least 20 in-home assessments per month.
Paid per assessment: $90-$98 (1 hour of work)
Sign-on Bonus: $500 after completing 30 assessments.
Mileage Reimbursement
Requirements:
Licensure: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in New Hampshire.
Certification: Board Certification from AANP or ANCC.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably with geriatric populations.
Transportation: Reliable transportation for travel within assigned areas.
Adaptability: Ability to manage various home environments and engage with patients comfortably.
