At Berkshire Psychiatric & Behavioral Health Services, we work with children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Our services include consultation, evaluation, testing, counseling and medication management in a convenient out-patient setting. These services include treatment for a wide range of mental and behavioral health diagnoses, addictions, marital and family issues and symptoms prompted by stress and/or life transitions. POSITION SUMMARY
As a Nurse Practitioner in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) you will have a collaborative agreement with the Medical Director and work closely to ensure that the psychiatric and medical services provided to our patients are consistently adherent to the standards of the company/agency and applicable regulatory entities.
EDUCATION: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program, Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) required. Child/Adolescent Psychiatric-Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist Certification (PMHCNS-BC)
EXPERIENCE: At least three (3) to five (5) years experience working as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with mental health population, outpatient preferred.
