Our client, a boutique wealth management firm, is seeking an Office and Administration Manager to join their growing team! In this role, the Office and Administration manager will support the growth of the office, provide client communication and relations, provide database management, and support office meetings. Some specific responsibilities include maintaining client files and database records, managing incoming calls, maintaining relationships with vendors, ordering office supplies and materials, processing incoming checks, assist with scheduling client meetings, and more.
