Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming Service requests
  • Plan and assign specific technician to customer requests based on geographic location and availability
  • Monitor progress of technicians
  • Responsible for general clerical duties including photocopying, fax, scanning and mailing documents
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Receives / accepts incoming correspondence and opens and sorts mail
  • Answer all incoming calls, able to manage multi - line telephone system
  • Assist in daily office tasks
  • Communicating with customers about basic office knowledge
  • Checking phone messages and responding accordingly
  • Type various memos, correspondence, reports and other documents
  • Request documents
  • Office email contact


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Answering multi line phone system
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi - task
  • Ability to handle daily pressure to deliver results in production environment
  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to problem solve and resolve customer issues prioritize daily tasks and time sensitive information
  • Knowledge of geographic area a plus
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be honest, reliable, and dependable and have a positive attitude
  • Must be able to work independently and with others in a team environment
  • Operate general office equipment for example; fax machine, copier, scanner, etc.

Position requires a drug test be completed, contingent upon employment and a background check if applicable.

Physical Demands
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Able to lift light to moderate weight, as well as sit for extended periods of time.
  • Experience using a computer.
