Contract Position

$24.47-$29.47/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Select and prepare the appropriate paint materials, including reducers and viscosities, for coating articles to specified thickness and finish quality.
• Apply coatings using spray guns, brushes, or other methods on various surfaces with enamels, lacquers, and paints.
• Operate and maintain both automatic and manual painting, spraying, and dipping equipment.
• Mark components using silk screen, stencil, or pad printing methods, ensuring compliance with sketches or blueprints.
• Clean, mask, and abrasive blast parts following manufacturing instructions; assist with light mechanical assembly and localized tin plating as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience with mixing and applying paints, enamels, and lacquers.
• Knowledge of pigments, oils, and solvents for mixing paints to desired specifications.
• Familiarity with spray painting techniques and equipment maintenance.
