Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Paralegal to join a prominent personal injury law firm located in Houston, TX (downtown). This position will provide critical support to 3-5 attorneys in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years' of experience with personal injury law (plaintiff preferred) and fluency in Spanish. This opportunity is fully onsite, full-time, and direct hire.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative and legal support to 3-5 attorneys
• Assist with trial preparation, including drafting legal documents, reviewing case files, and preparing exhibits
• Manage discovery processes, including e-discovery and document review, as well as medical record analysis
• Engage in case management, coordinating tasks and deadlines to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• E-file documents with state and federal courts and maintain up-to-date records
• Manage attorney calendars, scheduling hearings, depositions, and meetings
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical professionals as needed
• Assist in the settlement and negotiation process, providing valuable insights and administrative support
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring all documents are accurate and error-free
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish required
• 3+ years' of experience with personal injury litigation, plaintiff-side preferred
• Proficient with state and federal e-filing systems
• Strong knowledge of trial preparation, discovery processes, and e-discovery tools
• Experience with case management and medical record review
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail is critical; accuracy in document preparation is non-negotiable
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
