Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and flexible HR Generalist with at least 4 years of experience to join our team in Pasadena, CA. The HR Generalist will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role requires adaptability to work a flexible schedule as needed to meet business demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Provide support for employee relations and address any issues or concerns.
- Administer benefits, payroll, and employee leave programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and update HRIS systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, compliance, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
