Are you an accomplished operations leader in the food or consumer packaged goods industry, ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role?

We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Leader to join a Fortune 500 Food Manufacturer's team and drive their operations to new heights.

About the Role:

As their Operations Manager, you'll oversee the entire operations department in a 24/7 food manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance their competitive position.
• Team Development: Building and leading a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to foster employee growth and engagement.
• Operational Excellence: Ensuring efficient and effective operations, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Quality and Safety: Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, product quality, and workplace safety.

What You Must Have:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (in Engineering preferred)
• Proven Experience: 8-10 years of experience in food manufacturing, or in another consumer-packaged goods manufacturing environment.
• Leadership Skills: A track record of successfully leading and managing teams, with a focus on employee development and engagement.
• Operational Expertise: Deep understanding of operations management, including production planning, scheduling, quality control, and cost management.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: A passion for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, build relationships, and collaborate across teams.
