The laboratory of Dr. Kirsten Bryant is located in the Lineberger
Comprehensive Cancer Center and is affiliated with the Dept.
of Pharmacology. We are focused on delineating new treatments
for pancreatic and other RAS-driven cancers. We are currently
focused on targeting the RAS pathway in combination with inhibtors
of metabolic processes.
A PhD degree in the appropriate biomedical science or related field or discipline, or the recognized terminal degree, is required.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:A PhD degree in the appropriate biomedical science or related field or discipline, or the recognized terminal degree, is required.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:PhD degree in Biological Sciences including
Cancer Biology, Pharmacology, Chemical
Biology, Cell Biology or a related field
Experience in the culturing of mammalian cells and metabolomics
is preferred. Experience with moleculare biology techniques
and mouse work is preferred. Extensive data analysis
skills are preferred
