Product Manager-Equipment

Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Product Manager-Equipment for our Product Management team in St. Joseph, MO.

The Equipment Product Manager is responsible for managing the cleaning equipment products. This individual will work directly with our customers, field personnel and our suppliers. They are responsible for working with all to provide good communication, quality control and innovation for our line of equipment. This will include field visits to evaluate equipment, communicating with customers and training field personnel.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities:

• Support and help manage supply chain relations.
• Provide training for internal and external customers.
• Responsible for identifying product performance issues improvement.
• Provide innovation ideas to company that lowers cleaning cost and improvements results.
• Identification of product launch needs and implementation.

Qualifications Include:

• 4 year Bachelors Degree preferred.
• 2-5 yeas of industry experience.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong ability to work with cross functional departments.
• Must have experience selling and working on cleaning equipment.
• Must have the ability to leverage all research tools and methods.
• Must have competitive research skills.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
