Volt is immediately hiring an Onsite Manager in Chandler, AZ.

Direct hire - $70,000 - $85,000 year

As an Program Manager you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations on the customer site to ensure smooth execution and delivery of program objectives.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, quality of work, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, company, and customer standards.
  • Lead and manage the on-site team, providing training and supporting development.
  • Support the hiring process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Manage payroll processing, time, and attendance.
  • Manage the program budget. Allocate resources efficiently and effectively
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business on-site, improve operational efficiency, and program effectiveness
This is a Full time, Direct Hire opportunity.

Monday - Friday 7am - 4 pm

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site or program management.
  • Proven record of managing teams and sustaining long-term programs.
  • Strong technical acumen and proficiency with software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
  • Experience with payroll processing and supporting systems is highly desirable.
$70,000 - $85,000 year

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
