Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role.
o Proven experience in leading organizational transformation initiatives, including communication planning, organizational design, and impact analysis.
o Experience with different change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model)
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- o Expertise in creating and delivering training programs, as well as managing change-related content.
o High proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and project management tools.
• Personal Attributes:
o Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
o Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
o Collaborative mindset and a team-oriented approach.
o Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of managing competing priorities.
• Experience working in biotech/pharma or related industry.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and technology-driven change.
• Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).& Requirements:
