Project Manager - Executive (Tech)

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager - Executive (Tech) to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the implementation of project deliverables as defined in a project charter, ensuring the budget, scope, schedule, risk, and quality meet specific success criteria.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively drive project deliverables strategically aligned with business objectives
- Define, estimate, and schedule project tasks and interdependencies through a clearly defined project plan/work breakdown structure
- Identify project resource requirements and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure adequately skilled resources are available
- Hold resources accountable for delivering on the project plan, including providing coaching and mentoring
- Adhere to the approved project methodology for project management and maintain project artifacts and records
- Analyze project performance, create cost-benefit analysis, and identify optimal solutions that minimize negative impact and trade-offs
- Consistently provide internal and external stakeholder communications and progress reports outlining project status, risks, issues, and action plans
- Transition project into daily business operations at the end of the project

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Ability to balance approach to political, economic, social, technological, and administrative factors
- Competency in adapting to changing environments and ambiguous situations
- Attention to detail and ability to drive results
- Ability to act independently with little direction
- Solid understanding of Project Management methodology, tools, and techniques, including Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) methods
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple complex projects from design to delivery
- Objective decision-making ability, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
- BA and/or BS in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent work experience
