Responsibility:
Lead business users and different development teams in gathering requirements and design details for the product catalog. Document details of the requirements and designs including conversion details. Function as a technical business analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs. Communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver functional requirements like screen and interface designs. Interact with and communicate product requirements to architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and other stakeholders. Understand the full end-to-end impacts of an initiative and can identify any impacts to other cross-functional teams/applications, work on production issue resolutions. Analyze user operations to understand requirements and determine opportunities to streamline processes. .
Must Have Skills: - Excellent oral, written, documentation skills; experience in executive presentations. - Demonstrates strong analysis and design skills on development for products and services that include front end and back end integration. - Knowledge with DB2 and relational database design. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or other related field. - Four or more years of relevant work experience
Desired Skills: - Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion. - Experience making independent decisions based on policies, practices and project requirements. - Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry preferred, but not required
