Work Location: Remote (candidates must sit in CA, CO, GA or TX)

Duration: 6+ month contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Provider Network Manager to lead our provider network contracting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in day-to-day contracting and negotiations with physicians, ancillary providers, and facilities. This role involves building and expanding our health plan networks, with a preference for candidates experienced in commercial lines of business and compensation structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive contracting and negotiations with healthcare providers.
• Build and expand provider networks.
• Demonstrate success in closing deals and securing signatures on provider agreements.
• Coordinate one-time single case agreements, pre-service agreements, and letter agreements, particularly in orthopedics.
• Negotiate professional fees, facility fees, and all related fees on behalf of payers.

Preferred Experience:

• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Experience in building new networks.
• Strong close rate in provider negotiations.
• Experience in California, Texas, Florida, Georgia, or Colorado is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in provider network contracting.
• Results-oriented with evidence of successful deal closures.
• Ability to coordinate various types of agreements, especially in orthopedics.
