Schedule

# positions open: 3-night shift, 1- Day shift

Current Shifts Available
  • Base Rate: $19.50
  • 2-2-3 Schedule Premium: 10%
  • Night Shift Premium: 10%
    • Day Shift (5:00am-5:00pm)
      • 2-2-3 Schedule (2 days during the week, every other weekend) - 1 Position
    • Night Shift (5:00pm-5:00am)
      • 2-2-3 Schedule (2 days during the week, every other weekend) - 2 Positions
      • 4 days a week (no weekends) - 1 Position
        • Please note due this schedule will transition to a 2-2-3 schedule in the future due to increase business!
Qualifications
  • Detail oriented, able to spot visual quality defects, and are comfortable using computer systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Possess problem-solving skills
  • High School Diploma/GED not required
  • Background check, drug screening and hearing test performed after offer
Physical Requirements
  • Working in a manufacturing environment, you will be on standing and walking 12 hours at a time, regularly lifting, bending, and twisting
  • Use of visual inspection techniques, using measurement tools, and may assist production operators on occasion
  • Safety glasses, safety toe shoes, hearing protection and cut-resistant gloves required
  • You could be asked to lift up to 50lbs periodically, but more frequently you will be asked to lift or carry materials can weigh between 20-30lbs
  • We train and expect everyone to follow ergonomically correct posture when working to prevent injury
