Report Analyst - Management Consulting

What can you expect?

  • This role is part of the Transformation team within the Office of the CIO. This group delivers Executive Committee sponsored enterprise-wide transformation projects such as operating model design, organization change and other efficiency and effectiveness programs
  • The team is currently focused on a multi-year enterprise-wide program. The objectives include greater speed to market of technology solutions, support of digital strategies, financial savings for reinvestment, enabling greater colleague engagement and supporting greater insights for clients through data and analytics. The program is organized into pillars aimed at enterprise architecture, agile development, a tech talent strategy, application modernization, cloud strategy, and a digital workplace.
  • This Associate focuses on supporting the program management office, along with other projects coming out of the Office of the CIO. These may include strategic planning, innovation programs and other executive support

We will count on you to:
  • Provides frontline support with the Technology Modernization Principal and Managers to facilitate team communication, collaboration, decision-making and tactical support to deliver the program.
  • Develop business cases and ad hoc analysis.
  • Develops and maintains project plans, identifies and tracks milestones, monitors task executions and identifies and mitigates risks.
  • Supports the Office of the CIO Chief of Staff with budgets, forecasts, strategic planning, governance, metricsand data protection and privacy projects.
  • Collaborates with Technology Modernization Leader, Principal, and Managers to provide recommendations to the Technology Council and an Executive Steering Committee related to strategic and tactical management of program activities.

What you need to have?
  • 2-3 years of experience within a management consultancy, operations consultancy, business technology, business analysis, digital transformation, or similar profile.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and Excel skills, and an ability to develop financial models.
  • Experience of working with a management or operations consultancy,

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $93,000 to $185,900.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
