- Strong organization, ability to multitask, and prioritize tasks
- Direct customer experience over the phone, via email
- Explain products, processes, and services to interested parties
- Ask questions to upsell products/services as it relates to their project
- Give suggestions as needed
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Ensure project timelines are in line with customer expectations
- Experience managing multiple projects at once
- Experience with Zoho or other CRM software
- High volume incoming calls/emails
