Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sales Analyst:

- Develop partnerships with sales leaders to understand their needs and provide insights that generate value for the organization.
- Compile and communicate actionable information and insights to the sales organization.
- Provide territory analysis, including what-if scenarios and identifying opportunities to optimize sales representative coverage.
- Analyze sales processes, productivity, sales efficiency, and sales optimization.
- Assist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling forecast including sales to budget variance.

Required Skills for Sales Analyst:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or Business.
- 3+ years in a similar analytical role (i.e. business analysis, sales data analysis).
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM/ICM tools and SAP.
- Experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI.
- Strong modeling techniques and analytical skillset.
