The Manager of Sales Digital Experience will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing the end-to-end digital experience of Zoetis Sales Representatives in the US. This role involves identifying opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales digital tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, data and digital transformation, along with a passion for leveraging technology to drive performance and productivity. Additionally, this role requires excellent project management skills to ensure the successful implementation and integration of digital initiatives within the sales digital solutions organization. Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Development: Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital strategy to enhance the end-to-end sales rep experience. Understand business needs and help drive to the desired outcome across Sales Digital Solutions tools & capabilities.

Project Management: Manage sales digital solutions projects that cut across different digital capabilities, from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful change management. Manage interdependencies and ensure seamless coordination across different teams and departments.

Performance Management: Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital capabilities and initiatives. Regularly report on the impact of digital enhancements on sales performance.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for digital enhancement. Continuously seek out new opportunities to improve the sales rep digital experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales digital tools and processes.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher - marketing, business, communication or related fields; MBA is a plus
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, with experience translating business needs into functional product
  • Proven experience in sales operations, and digital transformation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently

Technical Skill Requirements
  • Knowledge of sales processes and best practices in sales force effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience in change management and training.

Physical Position Requirements

Position is based in Parsippany, NJ
