We're looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join a vibrant Sales & Marketing team in Bothell, WA! This on-site role offers steady, full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a competitive pay range of $22-24 per hour. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct incoming calls and route online inquiries
• Manage data entry and maintain accurate records
• Support customer inquiries and provide assistance to team members
• Oversee office supply orders to keep operations running smoothly

What You Bring:

• Previous office experience and MS Office proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail in writing and editing
