Baer is looking for an SAP EAM Lead for a 6+ month remote project.

Title: SAP EAM Lead
Location: Remote (with travel to Houston or Nashville for workshops)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2

Description:

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP EAM implementation projects, focusing on the CS, SM, and PM modules.
• Drive the Service and Repair Orders process, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Oversee Service Contracts and Service-to-Cash processes, ensuring efficient contract management and revenue recognition.
• Manage Asset Warranty and Warranty Claims processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Implement and support Loaners and Rental Assets processes, ensuring proper asset tracking and utilization.
• Leverage expertise in Installed Base functionality to manage and optimize asset lifecycle management.
• Ensure accurate setup and management of PM Technical Objects and Maintenance Processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing integration solutions across SD (Sales and Distribution), PS (Project Systems), FI (Finance), and PP (Production Planning) modules.
• Lead integration efforts with CRM and Field Service applications like Microsoft Dynamics, providing a cohesive experience between SAP and external systems.
• Facilitate workshops, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and delivering strategic guidance to clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders during implementation, providing leadership, guidance, and direction to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP EAM with strong expertise in SAP CS/SM/PM modules.
• Proven track record of leading SAP implementation projects in EAM, with a focus on asset management, service, and maintenance processes.
• Strong knowledge of Service and Repair Orders, Service Contracts, and Service-to-Cash processes.
• Deep understanding of Asset Warranty, Warranty Claims, Loaners/Rental Assets, and Installed Base functionality.
• Expertise in PM Technical Objects, Maintenance Planning, and execution processes.
• Cross-functional experience with SD, PS, FI, and PP modules, and a proven ability to deliver integrated solutions.
• Experience integrating SAP with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM/Field Service applications is a must.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel for workshops as needed (Houston or Nashville).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience); SAP certifications are a plus.
