Senior ERP Dynamics Developer(Supply Chain)

As the Health Senior Engineer - Dynamics Supply Chain, you'll bring a comprehensive approach to software development across the Microsoft Dynamics Supply Chain product, workflows and services. You'll be responsible for designing, developing and implementing Supply Chain solutions that enhance our customer relationships and improve data quality and business processes. This role is crucial in driving the desired outcomes for seamless Warehouse Agent experiences across our multiple lines of businesses. You'll harmonize business requirements by conducting code reviews, unit testing and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the highest standards of quality.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another US based non-Best Buy Health location.

What you'll do
Monitor and optimize Dynamics Supply Chain systems performance, ensuring scalability and efficiencyDesign, develop and implement supply chain solutions that enhance our customer relationships and improve business processesMentor team members on development best practices and techniquesValidate business requirements by transforming them into well-defined technical tasks for efficient execution in sprintsTriage issues, manage defects and work closely with Product and Quality team members to resolve bugs and ensure quality across the Dynamics PlatformDrive and coordinate the work performed by the Quality Engineering team, within onshore and offshore processes and teams
Basic qualifications
3 years of relevant professional experienceBachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience3 years of experience with supply chain platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics
Preferred qualifications
5 years of software engineering related work experience3 years of experience working with and understanding of warehouse and inventory management processes3 years of experience working with and understanding of supply chain processes (pick, pack, ship)2 years of experience working in a regulated environmentStrong understanding of supply chain generators (marketing, sales and customer service)
